About Visual Roots Transfer Services

        Visual Roots have been in the Chenango County area for more that 25 years.  Video has been our passion since the beginning and we have been transferring video for Central New York residents since 2000.  We transfer many formats of film and video to digital files that can be played on all computers and most modern televisions.  Our digital files are clean, steady and transferable among family members and friends.

        The biggest convenience is the local pick-up and drop-off services which eliminates the need to package all your priceless memories and send them through the mail.  Visual Roots takes ownership when your films or tapes are handed to us, then cared for until after the transfer process is completed.  We transfer 8mm film, Super 8 Film, Hi8 video, 8mm Video, VHS-C (those cassettes that are inserted into a larger VHS Cassette), Mini DV cassettes, and other formats.
